Marginalia Takeover - Linocut Print

A large illustration inspired by medieval marginalia! To really hone my carving skills, I dedicated myself to fit as many creatures as I could into this 12 x 18" block. Some of the creatures are pulled from historical sources while others are of my own creation inspired by the manuscripts.  

This was lovingly hand printed on beautiful archival mulberry paper. Very light weight yet strong! Black ink on off-white paper.

✷PLEASE NOTE: Because this was printed by hand, there are slight variations from print to print, such as ink opacity in certain spots may vary. 

The print is 12 x 18" but the paper is about 15 x 21"
Ink shades may vary slightly from the image on screen.

It will be safely shipped in a plastic sleeve and rolled up in a shipping tube. 

✷ Prints can NOT be shipped with mugs or any other large or bulky items. PLEASE make a separate order if you're ordering both. If you do not do so, you will be asked to pay extra shipping.
